I, Dr. Mazer, have retired from my office practice as of 8/31/2020, and wish to thank all of my patients for the privilege of being trusted to take of you, and my colleagues for the honor of being trusted to care for your patients and to advocate for both patients and the profession. A letter was sent out to active patients (seen since 2016) with this information, and is attached (click here), noting that all medical records have been transferred to Dr. Brent Driskill, to whom I am also referring our patients, old and new.

Dr. Driskill takes many of the same health plans as we did, but if you have an HMO/managed care plan, please make sure to check with his office and your primary care physician for referrals, if needed. If you do need to contact me, you may do so at DrTedMazer@gmail.com for the next year or two.

I wish you all a wonderful, healthy future. It has been my honor and pleasure having had the opportunity to care for you and assist you on your journey.
